Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") set out the rules that apply when you visit, register on, purchase from, or otherwise use Upskill Bee’s websites, workshops, courses, live classes, learning programmes, digital resources, communities, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). Upskill Bee may be referred to in these Terms as "Upskill Bee", "we", "our", or "us".
By accessing or using any of the Services, or by completing a purchase or registration, you confirm that you understand and accept these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please discontinue use of the Services.
These Terms should also be read together with the Upskill Bee Privacy & Data Protection Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy, together with any additional terms displayed for a particular product or offer.
Important Points
- Please provide correct and current information when registering or making a purchase.
- Paid access is intended for the person or account for which it was purchased and should not be shared without permission.
- Course content is provided for learning and permitted personal or internal use and may not be redistributed or resold.
- Upskill Bee offers education and training; participation does not guarantee employment, salary increases, promotions, business revenue, or any particular result.
- Third-party websites, software, payment services, and AI tools may have their own terms, fees, limitations, and privacy practices.
- Participants are expected to behave respectfully and avoid conduct that interferes with other learners or the operation of the Services.
1. Who May Use the Services
Our Services are primarily intended for individuals who are legally able to enter into binding agreements under applicable law.
Where participation by a person who has not reached the applicable age of legal capacity is permitted, a parent or legal guardian should be involved wherever required by law.
You agree that information supplied to Upskill Bee during registration, payment, or account creation is truthful and complete. If your information changes, you should update it where the Service provides that option.
If you are making a purchase or registration for an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to do so.
2. What Upskill Bee Provides
Upskill Bee offers educational and skill-development experiences that may include AI workshops, live classes, practical training, recorded lessons, assignments, templates, resources, communities, and other learning formats.
Different programmes may have different schedules, trainers, session frequencies, access periods, materials, and features. The details displayed on the relevant product or registration page will determine what is included in that particular Service.
We may make reasonable changes to trainers, session timings, course material, tools, curriculum, or delivery methods when required for operational or educational reasons. Where a change materially affects a purchased Service, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected users.
3. Free Workshops and Events
Upskill Bee may occasionally provide workshops, webinars, demonstrations, or introductory learning sessions at no charge.
A free registration only gives access to the free event and does not automatically include any separately priced course, programme, membership, or bundle.
Places may be limited and may be subject to registration requirements. Upskill Bee may change, postpone, or cancel a free event where reasonably necessary.
Any bonus, downloadable resource, certificate, community access, or other benefit offered with a free event is subject to the conditions communicated for that particular event.
4. Paid Programmes and Payment Terms
Information relating to a paid Service—including price, taxes, duration, access period, inclusions, delivery format, and applicable promotional terms—is presented on the relevant purchase or checkout page.
Unless otherwise stated, prices are quoted in Indian rupees. Applicable taxes may be included in the displayed price or added as required.
Payments may be collected through external payment gateways or other payment service providers. Payment providers may process payment credentials under their own terms and security practices.
An order is normally treated as successfully placed after payment confirmation. If a transaction is affected by an obvious technical, pricing, or processing error, Upskill Bee may review the transaction and take appropriate corrective action, including cancellation and refund where applicable.
Coupons, discounts, limited-time offers, and promotional prices are valid only for the period and conditions stated with the relevant offer. Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional offers cannot be combined.
5. Account Credentials and Access
Some Services may require you to create an account or use individual access credentials. You are responsible for keeping those credentials secure.
- Keep your password, access link, OTP, and other account information confidential.
- Do not allow another person to use paid access assigned to you.
- Do not publish or distribute private course links or account credentials.
- Inform Upskill Bee promptly if you believe your account has been accessed or used without permission.
Where we reasonably believe an account or access link is being misused, we may temporarily restrict access while the issue is investigated.
6. Live Learning, Recordings and Participant Behaviour
6.1 Session recordings
Upskill Bee may record selected live sessions for purposes such as quality monitoring, trainer development, educational replay, service improvement, or internal operations.
Where a session is recorded, participants may be informed through the platform, session announcement, or other appropriate notice. If available, participants may keep their camera or microphone disabled if they do not wish their image or voice to be included.

6.2 Participant-created recordings
Unless Upskill Bee has given written permission, participants must not record, photograph, screen-capture, livestream, reproduce, publish, or distribute live classes, replays, presentations, or other protected learning content.
6.3 Expected conduct
You agree to use the Services in a responsible and respectful manner. In particular, you must not:
- harass, threaten, intimidate, abuse, or target another participant, trainer, employee, or guest;
- upload or share content that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, abusive, or infringing;
- use learning groups or communication channels for spam or unauthorised commercial promotion;
- share another person's personal or confidential information without appropriate permission;
- interrupt or deliberately interfere with live sessions, communities, platforms, or other learners;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to Upskill Bee systems, accounts, or restricted content.
If these rules are breached, Upskill Bee may remove content, restrict participation, suspend access, or terminate an account, depending on the seriousness of the conduct and subject to applicable law.
7. Ownership of Learning Content
Unless specifically stated otherwise, the materials supplied through the Services—including recordings, videos, presentations, text, graphics, curriculum, exercises, templates, toolkits, designs, logos, and other resources—belong to Upskill Bee or the relevant rights holder.
Subject to these Terms and any product-specific restrictions, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the purchased or permitted content for your own learning and legitimate internal use.
You must not, without prior written permission:
- sell, sublicense, lease, or commercially distribute Upskill Bee learning material;
- upload course resources to public websites, file-sharing services, repositories, groups, or competing platforms;
- copy or reproduce substantial portions of protected material for redistribution;
- use automated methods to scrape or systematically extract protected content;
- use protected Upskill Bee material to build or operate a competing educational product.
8. Feedback, Reviews and User Contributions
If you voluntarily provide feedback, suggestions, questions, reviews, or other content to Upskill Bee, you continue to own your original rights in that content.
You grant Upskill Bee permission to store, reproduce, process, and use such material where reasonably necessary to operate, administer, moderate, analyse, or improve the Services.
Where applicable law requires consent for public promotional use of your name, photograph, review, or testimonial, we will obtain the relevant permission before using it for that purpose.
9. External Platforms and AI Services
Upskill Bee may demonstrate or recommend third-party software, AI platforms, websites, applications, cloud products, or other digital services as part of its educational content.
Those services are controlled by their respective providers. Their availability, features, pricing, security, data practices, output quality, and terms may change independently of Upskill Bee.
AI-generated results can contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or inappropriate recommendations. You should evaluate and verify important outputs before using them in professional, financial, legal, business, or other consequential situations.
You are responsible for ensuring that information you enter into a third-party tool is appropriate to share. Avoid submitting confidential information, passwords, trade secrets, client data, or another person's personal information unless you have the necessary authority.
Upskill Bee does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or suitability of any third-party service or AI-generated output.
10. Learning Outcomes and Results
Upskill Bee provides training and educational resources but cannot promise a specific professional, financial, academic, or business outcome.
Participation does not constitute a promise of employment, promotion, salary increase, freelance income, business revenue, client acquisition, or any other particular result.
Examples, testimonials, case studies, statistics, or outcome references used in our communications are illustrative or informational and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of what another learner will achieve.
Results can vary depending on individual background, effort, implementation, market conditions, industry conditions, and other factors outside our control.
Where a certificate or completion acknowledgement is offered, it should not be understood as an accredited degree or government qualification unless Upskill Bee expressly states otherwise.
11. Privacy and Service Communications
The collection and use of personal information by Upskill Bee is described in our Privacy & Data Protection Policy.
We may contact you about your registration, purchase, live session, account, support request, or other necessary service-related matter by email, phone, WhatsApp, SMS, or other available channels.
Promotional communications will be handled in accordance with applicable law and consent requirements. Where an unsubscribe or opt-out mechanism is provided, you may use it to stop promotional messages.
12. Website and Service Availability
We aim to keep our Services available and functioning properly, but continuous or uninterrupted availability cannot be promised.
Access may occasionally be affected by maintenance, updates, internet problems, third-party platform outages, technical failures, or other circumstances. We may temporarily suspend or modify access where reasonably necessary to maintain or protect the Services.
13. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, the Services and materials are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not warrant that every part of the Services will always be uninterrupted, completely error-free, secure, current, or suitable for every individual purpose.
Nothing in these Terms removes any legal right or remedy that cannot validly be excluded or limited.
14. Responsibility and Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Upskill Bee will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from use of the Services, including loss of anticipated income, business opportunity, profits, data, or goodwill.
Where liability can legally be limited, Upskill Bee’s total liability relating to a particular Paid Product will generally not exceed the amount you paid for that Paid Product during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability that applicable law requires to remain unlimited.
15. Your Responsibility for Misuse
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, or reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Services, material breach of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights.
This provision does not apply to the extent that the relevant loss was caused by Upskill Bee's own unlawful conduct or liability that cannot legally be transferred to you.
16. Suspension or Ending Access
Upskill Bee may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of a serious or repeated breach of these Terms, misuse of content, abusive conduct, security concerns, fraudulent activity, or unlawful use.
If Upskill Bee discontinues a paid Service for reasons attributable to Upskill Bee, any applicable refund will be considered under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions that are intended to continue after access ends, including intellectual-property, liability, indemnity, dispute, and governing-law provisions, will continue to apply.
17. Third-Party Websites and Links
Our Services may contain links, integrations, or references to third-party websites, tools, payment providers, social platforms, or other services.
These services operate independently from Upskill Bee. We are not responsible for their content, availability, security, privacy practices, terms, or performance. Any use of a third-party service is subject to the terms and policies of that provider.
18. Circumstances Outside Our Control
Upskill Bee will not be responsible for delays or interruptions caused by circumstances that are reasonably outside our control, including major internet or hosting failures, power interruptions, natural events, government restrictions, labour disruptions, public-health emergencies, or significant third-party service outages.
Where practical, we will communicate material disruptions and make reasonable efforts to reschedule affected sessions or provide an alternative arrangement.
19. Changes to Services and These Terms
We may improve, modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services from time to time.
We may also revise these Terms to reflect changes in our programmes, operations, technology, or legal requirements. The updated version will be published with a revised date.
For significant changes, we may provide additional notice where appropriate. Unless a different approach is required by law, the Terms applicable at the time of purchase will generally govern that purchase.
20. Applicable Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory rights or remedies available to you under applicable law.
If you have a concern or dispute, please contact Upskill Bee first and provide reasonable details so that we can attempt to resolve the matter.
Subject to applicable law and any statutory right to approach a consumer forum or other competent authority, courts at New Delhi may have jurisdiction over disputes connected with these Terms or the Services.
21. General Terms
Complete agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy & Data Protection Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and any product-specific terms presented to you, describe the principal terms governing your use of the Services.
If part of these Terms is invalid
If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to operate to the extent permitted by law.
No waiver
If Upskill Bee does not immediately enforce a provision or right, that does not mean the provision or right has been permanently waived.
Transfer of rights
You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written approval. Upskill Bee may transfer its rights or obligations as part of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or business transfer, subject to applicable law.

We may provide notices or service-related information using the contact details associated with your registration or account, including email, phone, or WhatsApp where appropriate.
